5. Hello Furniture has taken great care in ensuring the information and images on this website are accurate although reasonable errors can occur. Colour options for products may vary from the photographs or images shown on this website and Hello Mosma will endeavour to advise where colour options are available and variations are possible. Due to model changes, product updates and supplier issues Hello Furniture cannot take responsibility for small design variations and, unless the variation largely alters the purpose or integrity of the product in a way that renders it inappropriate for the user, small design variations are not a valid reason to return a product for exchange or refund.

 

6. Many products sold by Hello Furniture require some assembly as they are often shipped partially unassembled. Please contact Hello Mosma, before you purchase a product, to discuss any concerns you have with assembly as an inability to assemble a product is not a valid reason to return a product for exchange or refund.
